Deep-Fried Stuffed Beancurd

A simple dish that is yummy delicious and easy to prepare. Of course, it is best when served piping hot!

Deep-Fried Stuffed Beancurd



2                          big size beancurd

some                  cucumber, shredded

some                  peanuts, coursely grounded

some                  Thai chilli

some                  corriander, chopped



1.    Cut each piece of beancurd into 4 to make 8 pieces in total.

2.    Deep-fried the beancurd until golden in colour. Remove from oil.

3.    Make a cross on surface of beancurd to allow for stuffing.

4.    Stuff shredded cucumber, ground peanuts into beancurds.

        Top with chilli sauce and sprinkle with ground peanuts.

5.    Garnish with chopped corriander and serve hot.
