Eggs in Bread Cups

Friday, July 10, 2009

Aren’t they cute? These babies are very easy to make, from start to end, i think they requires less than half an hour. It’s a very easy recipe for early morning breakfast.

I remember seeing something similar on the net many months ago, but unfortunately i forgot to take note and lost track of it. Ha! I came across another recipe from a Taiwanese website last night and quickly decided to try it this morning!

Wow! They taste yummy with the eggs texture a cross between egg tart and scramble eggs. The toasted bread is crunchy and the egg filling soft and jiggly. Yummy!

Oh yes, they are so cute. I love this kind of breakfasts, very creative using the white bread. I make something similar with puff pastry. Yummy!
