Yam Onigiri

Monday, May 18, 2009

Ok, i confess. It’s actually yam rice, just shaped it like an onigiri ( japanese rice ball ). Cooked the yam rice for my family over the weekend. And i make this onigiri from the leftovers, thought they look more interesting  this way.

I found this recipe from Kuali and made some adjustment from it. It’s really quite easy to cook and taste delicious too!
